All ONTOO pieces are crafted using 18k white, yellow, or rose gold. We work exclusively with real precious and semi-precious stones — including diamonds, topaz, amethyst, garnet, coral, and enamel — ensuring each piece reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Our designs are created in our Zurich atelier by founder Martina Baeriswyl-Holzach. Each piece is then handcrafted in Istanbul by a trusted family-run workshop with generations of experience in fine jewellery. Final quality control takes place in Zurich before pieces are shipped to clients worldwide.

We accept returns on non-customised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Customised and bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. For more, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Yes — customisation is at the heart of ONTOO. Most pieces can be personalised: choose your preferred gold tone, add or remove stones, and create modular combinations such as adding pendants or layering chains. Our team is happy to guide you through the options to create your perfect piece.
