SHIPPING 


We currently ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe.



SHIPPING CARRIERS  

We use DHL, FedEx as well as the regular Swiss Postal Service for local orders.

All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires once you have received and signed for the delivery. 


Please note that we can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Thank you for your understanding. 


SHIPPING FEES

  

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).


Shipping is free of charge for all orders within Switzerland (except Express delivery). 

Please contact us for shipping costs outside of Switzerland. 

  

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, DHL and locally through the Swiss Post and include insurance for the full value to protect your merchandise. 

In addition, Ontoo is responsible for international taxes and import duties of the destination country. 

 

Ontoo may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors. 

  

 

TRACKING OF SHIPMENT


As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.



DELIVERY 

 

On stock items: 

You can expect your Ontoo parcel to be delivered within a week in Switzerland or in exceptional cases, within 2 weeks. Please take note of shipping information for each product when checking out. 


Custom made items:

Once we receive your order, we manufacture our products for you by hand. This is an intricate process and may result in shipping times of up to 4-8 weeks depending on the special pieces and destination country. 


All orders require a signature upon delivery.

If there’s an issue with the ordered item, please contact our customer service team at contact(at)ontoo.ch within 10 days after receival.

  

  

RETURNS


The return period is 10 days and starts as soon as you receive your order and will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. A general right of return (without the presence of defects) is excluded, unless agreed in writing with Ontoo. All refund and product replacement requests are reviewed and processed on an individual basis. Please contact contact(at)ontoo.ch.


Items returned will not be exchanged for cash. You will receive a voucher for the full amount, which you may use for the whole ONTOO collection or customized item/s.


Please note we can not accept returns of customized or personalized items. 


  

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

  

If you need to modify or cancel your order, we need to be informed prior to the order being dispatched. Please contact us at contact(at)ontoo.ch


Please note we can not accept cancellations of customized or personalized items already in production.
